Just a couple more posts and the blog will be caught up. October zoomed by (and so did November, because it's December and I'm just now getting around to the recap)! Below are my favorite photos from the month covering coffee, plants, and Halloween!
FIDDLEHEADS & HOLY GROUNDS
Two new coffee discoveries! The first is FiddleHeads in Bayshore. It was conveniently the first thing I saw when I got off the bus. The second is Holy Grounds, aptly named because it is right next to a church!
HUDSON COFFEE + WINE BAR
This place is super cute. The decor is charming and the fireplace makes it a cozy getaway.
I took a trip to the Mod Gen stores (totally coming back here for Christmas shopping) to pick up some soil and gravel to re-pot my succulents. Their new owl-shaped homes arrived and I needed some new dirt. From left to right: Jeremy, Claude Monet, and Gandalf.
Halloween-time was quiet but nice. We roasted pumpkin seeds and then watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (just the right amount of spooky). I finished my gumball costume at the very last minute and then my roomies and I went to Belair for Taco Tuesday!
Hi my name is Emilee and I am a kinesiology undergraduate student. These are my adventures as a young adult living in Milwaukee. Here I will share my experiences as I navigate through college. Thanks for stopping by!
