Last night I spent two hours addressing invitations for my graduation party. Although it took a long time I found it rather enjoying. I worked on them in the living room and chatted with my sister throughout the duration.
I put super swirlies on all the ones I'm handing out. The bigger stack under it is for mailing!
The end of this school year seems to be going by in a haze. In half my classes I don't feel like I'm doing anything, yet I feel super busy at the same time!
Today at school I worked on big projects during my spare time. I started my research project on the royal family of Spain for CAPP Spanish and finished my eight page paper for Advanced Writing! I thought I was never going to finish that paper! I still have to edit it, but the second I got the draft done I just put my head down for the rest of the hour. I've been told that eight pages is nothing compared to college, but it's the biggest paper I've ever written!
My AP Biology class is preparing for the AP Exam on Monday, but I chose not to take it. We also have our semester final, so I'll need to study that this weekend.
When I got home I discovered the digital scrapbook I ordered for Mother's Day arrived. Just in time too! In my ceramics class I picked a bowl I made and filled it with dirt and flowers as an additional gift. Then I went and worked for two hours at the library. When I got there I found out that Ryan dropped off a monster bag of m&ms for the library workers to share! What a sweetie!
When work was done I searched the internet for a dress to wear under my white graduation robe, but didn't have any luck. I'll have to keep my eye out!
Buzz kept me company during my search!
Tomorrow Ryan and I have plans to play tennis and grab coffee, and next week Wednesday is my school's Day of Service and on Friday my AP Biology class is going to the Milwaukee zoo. I'm looking forward to the adventures ahead!
Hi my name is Emilee and I am a kinesiology undergraduate student. These are my adventures as a young adult living in Milwaukee. Here I will share my experiences as I navigate through college. Thanks for stopping by!
