I made these brownies for Ryan’s birthday and they were so yummy! The original recipe can be found here, I am just reiterating it for convenience sake to review how great they turned out. In addition to the recipe, I also put in half a bag of chocolate chips for added goodness. I am going to add this to my list of favorite recipes.
Dry Ingredients: 1 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, ½ cup flour, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp baking powder.
Wet Ingredients: ½ cup butter (melted then cooled), 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla.
Instructions: Whisk dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat wet ingredients together. Add wet mix into dry and stir until combined. Add chocolate chips and stir again. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan and bake for 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees.
